How To Apply

In order to qualify for admission, students must:

1.  First contact their high school counselor's office to see if they are eligible for Dual Credit or Dual Enrollment. The student should review the difference between Dual Credit and Dual Enrollment in order to complete the correct application. Students participating in both Dual Credit and Dual Enrollment must complete both applications.

  • Dual Credit refers to college level courses that are taught by high school instructors at the high school. Student are earning both high school and college level credit. Prerequisites and course content are the same as if the course took place at the Jefferson College campus.          Dual Credit Application

  • Dual Enrollment refers to high school students concurrently enrolled in college level courses taught online or on the college campus. Dual enrolled students may or may not earn high school credit for courses taken at the college campus or online, but they will earn college credit.
