Board of Trustees
The Jefferson College Board of Trustees meets in public session on the second Thursday of each month in the Administration Building Board Room on the Hillsboro campus.
Those who wish to present information or address the Board are required to be present at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting, complete a sign-in log, and submit ten copies of appropriate documentation (if applicable). Each speaker will be given a maximum of three minutes, unless allotted more time by the Board, and a maximum of three individuals will be heard regarding the same subject, unless additional speakers are approved.
